For the past weeks, I’ve been unable to complete online transactions through the app. After entering the OTP, I always get an error saying, "Transaction not allowed." I’ve contacted support 6–7 times, and they keep saying my channels were blocked but have been unblocked and the issue is resolved. Despite this, the problem persists. I’ve gone through this process three times, and it’s extremely frustrating.

You can change the interface as many times as you want but the app itself will always remain pathetic. no support for people trying to access their account from outside Pakistan. customer complaint portal keeps getting stuck. no way of adding beneficiary because keypad doesn't appear when trying to enter otp (this was very much possible before but the customer support doesn't know/ doesn't want to acknowledge this). now all of a sudden they have added limits to my account. list goes on and on.

They’ve completely frustrated me. It’s been a week and I still can’t register in the mobile app due to a biometric issue. I even went to the branch and called the helpline 25 times, but all they do is try to end the call by engaging you in different things and get rid of you. Such a poor experience with Faysal Bank.
