Not allowed to use HSA for glasses. I tried to pay for a $300 pair of glasses that went through my insurance but avidia doesn't allow you to pay for glasses with HSA. I was told instead to charge it to my regular credit card and then to pay myself using avidia app and then use that to pay the credit card off. what a nightmare and a dumb process. The representative sounded very indifferent as if they could care less. it's unfortunate these people have wives that have to deal with them. poor kids.

Customer support gave me temp password and stated when in the app just go to change password and update. Like to know where that location is! Also in notifications my tax document is available somewhere for download, can't find that location either. Nice!!!

Thumbprint login no longer works and I HATE typing out passwords. As an epileptic healing from traumatic brain injuries its so helpful not having to remember long, complicated passwords.
