Customer support gave me temp password and stated when in the app just go to change password and update. Like to know where that location is! Also in notifications my tax document is available somewhere for download, can't find that location either. Nice!!!

Thumbprint login no longer works and I HATE typing out passwords. As an epileptic healing from traumatic brain injuries its so helpful not having to remember long, complicated passwords.

It just sucks. I try to make a contribution and I get a pop-up stopping the process saying I need to provide a bank account to supply the contribution. Duh! Why doesn't it just take me to the window to do that? Looked everywhere and cannot find a way to transfer the money 😖
