***This is an updated review*** My initial review was 1 star due to minutes needing to be "topped off" on a trial subscription. However, the Care Team responded quickly and rectified the issue. I actually believe it was a mistake on my part because I did not activate the app through my subscription panel. I resubscribed and I believe that's what caused the confusion. My apologies to the AvoCall Care Team. ~Karen

There is no way to sign up if you don't already have a phone. Which makes no sense when most people use these kind of apps because they DON'T HAVE A PHONE. need to be a way to sign up with alternative ways.
