Very good app and easy to use. 5 stars for the app. but 0 star for whoever updates the stock. Most items are out of stock which is frustrating. But when you visit the branch they have it all. I don't really understand why would they even have out of stock skin care products that are available at the actual branches. What is the idea behind it, we might never know.

I usually use the application and the order is delivered from Waterway branch. I started to observe that the boxes are missing a medicine strip (especially in expensive medicines). last order I decided to check all boxes upon receiving, and as usual the boxes were having missing medicine strips. I rejected the delivery and then the Waterway branch called me to apologize and advised not use the application and order through WhatsApp instead! very bad, I made an order at 4pm and on the app appeared as under preparation and till 8 pm i didn't recieve it, i complain in the application but there was no response, i call the hot line they said the product is not found and they asked me to cancel. very bad experience
