Disappointed with Service - Late Deliveries and Poor Communication. I have been using the Elezaby application for a while now, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Despite placing orders in advance, the deliveries are consistently late, and what's even more frustrating is the lack of response from the customer service team. I have made several attempts to contact customer support regarding my late orders, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

The worst service and the slowest delivery. If you don't search for your order that you paid for & ordered from the application, it will not reach you and they won't care about you. The delivery is written within two hours, but it reaches you after more than three hours; that is if it reaches at all. A recurring problem & I have complained to the management more than once without any remediation or solution, especially the Faisal Madkour branch. I don't recommend it at all & I'll delete the app.

Very good app and easy to use. 5 stars for the app. but 0 star for whoever updates the stock. Most items are out of stock which is frustrating. But when you visit the branch they have it all. I don't really understand why would they even have out of stock skin care products that are available at the actual branches. What is the idea behind it, we might never know.
