Very good app and easy to use. 5 stars for the app. but 0 star for whoever updates the stock. Most items are out of stock which is frustrating. But when you visit the branch they have it all. I don't really understand why would they even have out of stock skin care products that are available at the actual branches. What is the idea behind it, we might never know.

The worst. I had a very bad experience last month and they promised that next time it will be better because it seems that all they cared for is for me to remove my review. I gave it another try this month and service is even worse. I order over the app and someone calls saying that she's busy now and that she will call back when she's free.. and she never called.. someone else called after 12 hours and he also promised he would check with the branch and never called as well.

This what happened to me today 15th December 25, I'm order online 3 items paid online 04:50 pm order schedule to deliver 04:00-06:00 pm , 06:15 make call to hotline to get updated my order the answer my order with courier for deliver , delivery call me 07:00 pm to informed that my item missing 2 item out of three, the update on apps ready for delivery changed to on the way, 08:00 pm I went to nearby Ezaby pharmacy and buy in cash as showing on reciet, still my order on apps on the way to delive
