Really solid project — full Debian on Android without root is impressive, and it's free with no ads, big plus. A few suggestions: install order (Core and Neo then Console then XIO) should be clearer upfront, maybe a setup wizard. The "restart after install" step is easy to miss — an in-app reminder would help. Also worth documenting proot limitations (no TUN/VPN, no kernel modules) so people don't waste time troubleshooting. Great engineering overall, just needs better onboarding for beginners.
