Tabata interval timer is a convenient application for accurate counting the time determined as necessary to obtain visible workout results.

The multitask app was designed for:
• recording the desired time intervals before training with an accuracy of up to a second, as well as the number of sets;
• creating an individual training plan indicating the sequence and duration of exercises;
• monitoring your progress through the workouts history and calendar to assess their regularity and the dynamics of changes

Using the Interval Timing application eliminates the need to be constantly distracted from exercises to monitor how much time is left until the beginning/end of the session. A signal of 5 seconds before the beginning/end of the exercise will notify you of this.
