It's is a simple no nonsense app with very simple interface. For anyone who love simple app with good beginner barbell workout, this is highly recommended. I guess you can tweak the workout with your need by increasing the weight after completing the preset routine. So this also suits anyone with strength training experience under their belt. I appreciate that we do not need to subscribe, we only need to make one time contribution for the developer (optional).

It's a nice enough app in design, but very frustrating that you cannot alter weights or rest time mid-workout, nor can you go in and edit the weights you lifted after finishing. For this reason I have stopped using it. The App design and content though is great, and a good resource.

Great app. Improvements I would wish for is for the exercise preview at the bottom of the screen to scroll when having many different exercises. It would also be great to have a setting for rest time between exercise sets that switch hands and maybe an option to show total progress of the workout (% or # or %wt.).
