The application is light. The variation of the movement is complete. The voice of the guide was clear and loud. My advice: the jumping jack animation is accelerated to match the original movements of the jumping and jumping people. 2nd: given a break of 10 seconds and can be adjusted between exercise 1 and the next exercise.
