It is a great app. I don't have to think about what exercises to do and they have a variation if routines and change it up each day. I am work full-time and am a mom/wife full-time, this app is perfect for me to just do a little a day and feel good about it. The only thing I would like is a quick video of the exercise I stead of the freeze frame photos that they use to show the exercise. But I can simply look them up if I don't know how to specifically do them.

Awesome setups. Once I was able to do the Beginner on a consistent basis, it was so easy to do a level of Beginner, and then finish with one level of Intermediate.
