Ratings and reviews

Hate that I constantly have to call office to clock out if I'm late in doing so. When you're in the middle of cleaning the client or helping the client, you can't just drop what you're doing and just clock out!! I can't control when client soils themselves. Also the list of adl's has changed. Certain basic daily tasks are now missing. For example vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, laundry, etc. Travel time is complicated. I'd rather go back to pen and paper!!!

I am not real crazy about this app at all. It won't let you clock in early , there is chat but not for the workers to use , its apparently a one way chat. It is constantly sending me alerts that I'm late or whatever to me that its keeping track of and is incorrect, which is extremely unnerving . It doesn't keep track of hours worked as you go thru the week. You can't go back and look at prior shifts worked that week. It seems a little sketchy from my point of view. And its very annoying .

Not sure what is going on with this app. But this happens quite frequently that it records the incorrect time that I clock out . Taking 30 mins here or there , I never used to check, cuz I figured that the app could accurately keep time for us. Wrong. No telling how many hours that we have been short changed I know for myself over the past year not sure ? Not gonna go back and check it will just frustrate me even more. Anyone else have issues with the time keeping part of the App??
