First of all I love the idea of this app and I want to to work. But I haven't been able to even use the app from how buggy it is. Should be more stable and worked out for a fintech product. You are dealing with people's money. They've worked hard for it! I wouldn't trust an app that keeps crashing and showing errors with my money. I know it's early stage for you guys but as an app developer you need to at least have a functional application to demo, the whole app was blank! Nothing loaded.

This is the worst experience ever with this app, and you cannot trust it at all with your money!!! I’ve been dealing with this for more than 7 days, and no one is responding or able to help me with my issue , my account was closed for no reason 🥲🥲 Honestly, my advice to you: there is no real support at all, no service whatsoever unless your account has more than 500,000 😅

Not good for big investments with large amounts of money for 2 main reasons: horrible customer service (mainly through chat only without being able to access real human support for fast actions and understanding and even with phone calls through thndr fortune, customer service is still so weak) and unstable app full of technical issues that keep happening. 2 Major reasons that make it risky to put your money in it. Might be good for beginners.
