Ratings and reviews

There is no co-relation between android app and website application. If you want to know about your redemption, they will first ask from which application you submitted the request. If you submit your request from android app then they can'nt find it on web site. How funny !!! I submited my redemption request on android app then its server detects it on the next day and confirm through email. In urgent need one day delay is very serious for liquid funds.

Why is the app not working in the old model mobile, it's asking to update but it's already updated and in the shop they are asking to buy a new mobile... What is this situation.... How can a normal family can survive through these kind of situation...

One of the worst financial app that I have ever used. I'm not sure if it's just me , this app having 4.6 rating 🤔. I have used this app on multiple android devices and experience is similar. Very glitchy fingerprint login , most of the time it doesn't work for me. For some reason I don't see lumpsum investment options anymore . I had to find other menu items to find the lumpsum option still exist on app.
