When it comes to Support I'd give them a 0. They are steadily playing games in the back and messing up the route. They will delete pieces of the conversation and mess up details in the back for you to do things all over again. I remember once submitting a picture in the app and moving on just to find out that the person in support deleted it and expected me to go back. The opportunity itself is fine if you're working on the right team and happen to find a decent support person to connect with.

Don't waste you time. this app will triple and quadruple book a driver on one route. Just so they can make sure it at least gets picked up by somebody. So the other two to 3 drivers that show up to pick up the route will just be told. Oh, sorry. Someone already picked up the route 2 or 3 hours ago. No compensation, no nothing, don't waste your time.

Just So You Know Ahead Of Time .... there's a fee to use their debit system (which you're forced into), there's a fee to transfer funds to your bank, theres a fee if you decide to "keep" their debit system and theres a fee on you tips too. Also had moments of accepting a run but paid different amount. Lke accepting a $100 run but got $70 after delivered. And they weren't reduced loads, they were full complete loads (meaning no boxes removed for lesser quantity) Find a better company
