Ratings and reviews

It used to be a good app but its simply horrible to use now. My quick pay method has been deleted and can no longer be stored so I will always have to manually key in my payment card number and even when I saved it, it doesn't get saved. The payment page is so buggy that its impossible to pay and the pop up advertisements can no longer be closed! This app basically priorize the ads more than the customer experience. I have opted to make payment directly through interbank transfers from now on.

Used to be so fast and efficient, now it's horrible! data, favourites earesed, bugs and bugs, crash and crash, payment processing for so long yet did not go through. Axs migrated to cloud and instead of getting better it's terrible!! I'm moving all my payments to other apps!!!

This latest version is super buggy, login issues and can't seem to make payment via paylah as it kinda hanged when directing to paylah app. The app also tends to just update without warning and then all my previously saved payments just got wiped out and I have to manually do everything again. Think going to the machine to make payment is easier these days.
