It used to be a good app but its simply horrible to use now. My quick pay method has been deleted and can no longer be stored so I will always have to manually key in my payment card number and even when I saved it, it doesn't get saved. The payment page is so buggy that its impossible to pay and the pop up advertisements can no longer be closed! This app basically priorize the ads more than the customer experience. I have opted to make payment directly through interbank transfers from now on.

When I try to pay for my credit card bill for a second month, I can see the credit card numbers under My Favourites. However I am not able to use the record to make payment because there is no place to enter the amount (the cell for amount shows: Due Soon) so it cannot be added to payment summary. In the end I have to manually enter all the credit card numbers. So what's the use for My Favourites?

If when passing over to paylah and there is an error, what is the point of warning us that is might be a duplicate transaction if we have to restart again, without a way to cancel the previous failed transaction? even my printer can handle error better than that. The payment due dates are estimated and are misleading. It doesn't make sense not to have api calls and retrieve actual. But hey, without competition why improve?
