What is wrong with this new version? Already updated the app but when login still needs 2min to update again. After successful payment, cannot move back to the home page, it will prompt me to cancel payment. Then when you choose to cancel payment, it says payment is successful. Also not receiving receipts from email. Have been using this App since day 1, the more it gets updated, the worse it gets. Hopefully the development teams can look into it. It has been a very convenient way to pay bills.

I was trying to make payment today and it just can't get through the payment page for no reasons. I thought was my card issue but No, its just doesn't work if I have my account logged in. Once I log out and MANUALLY key in details, it works! So why need binding of account if it doesn't work? Furthermore before these binding account start, we were able to add the bills details into favourite, now without logging in, you can't see your fav bill and your saved card for payment at all. Ridiculous!

the latest update made the app glitchy and slow. every loading takes a while. the payment screen can't display properly (out of alignment), the amount is super big when u enter and then become super small when you go to the next line. I entered 3 payment for my loan, phone bill and credit card and when I enter my season parking, it immediately force me to go to the payment summary with only the season parking amount reflected. the previous 3 payment is gone. this is by far the worst version
