Your app used to be working fine. This month when I make my payments, everything keep "restarting" back to home page. When I click my favourites, it prompts me to start over. Why change something when it's not broken? It's very frustrating when everything was meant to be just a few clicks and I'm done, but now I'm constantly going round and round in the app. Do better.

Used to be so fast and efficient, now it's horrible! data, favourites earesed, bugs and bugs, crash and crash, payment processing for so long yet did not go through. Axs migrated to cloud and instead of getting better it's terrible!! I'm moving all my payments to other apps!!!

use to be so good and easy to use, now it is getting so bad, you switch out of the app without refusing your in put when you get back, why hide the payment screen some where not so bloody. the favourites is badly done! did they is AI or a PRC company to build it? now you can't enter the draws you are eligible for, cause the submit button is missing! every new version is ever so slightly getting worse
