Declined my eBay purchase even though a pending charge went through to my card for the first installment as soon as I tried to complete purchase. I understand needing to confirm available funds, but makes no sense to charge me without allowing me to complete my purchase. The amount requested matches the exact purchase total, so it isn't a discrepancy causing the error.

This was my very first experience and it was horrible. My transaction went through so that my bank account could be charged. However the merchant never received the order I paid for. Now my account balance does not have what it had in it before so that I can go and make the purchase on my own. There's no direct customer service to assist you. And no one works on weekends. So I'm stuck on A Saturday with money gone out of my account.I don't have the item that I wanted to purchase and no he

I think the app is great and I like the selection of stores. However, there is no customer service. All help is through the app, you can't talk to a real person.Even if you call the customer service number, it is just a voicemail. I called trying to update my phone number because the app will not allow you to do so. they told me because my phone number is associated with my payments, I can't update it. Even if the bill is current, that is stupid.
