Ratings and reviews

It used to be one of my fav. apps due to the reliability and simplicity of the IU. Right now, it sucks terribly that probably going to the physical AXN machine is more reliable! The app hangs for no apparent reason, the "down arrow to hide the keyboard" no longer works (it just kicks you out), used to display only the number pad to input the amt but now shows the entire keyboard. It seems the developer is more keen in having more advertisements than making the app do it original function.

The app just don't allow me to make payment via eNets and debit card. Did several times, switch off and on back the phone, just not working. It's really pissing me off. Because of this, I had to pay late payment fee for my bills.

Apps always lagging and slow. whenever I'm making, the apps always changed to the first page or snapped out and stated my peyment is pending. From afew minutes to at least half an hour or 1 hour for me to make payment for my bills. so incovenient. very pissed off
