Ratings and reviews

The latest version of the app, which coincides with implementing AI, has a completely unusable search bar. When trying to type, the app gets stuck loading autocomplete responses for each letter typed, such that it takes several minutes to type out something as simple as "lentils," only for the actual search to not run. There's no way to shop on the app or even the site on desktop anymore.

Pavilion has become extremely frustrating to use. It’s consistently slow to load, often leaving me staring at blank pages for several minutes. In some cases, it never loads results at all, which completely defeats the purpose of using it. What used to be a useful tool now feels unreliable and inefficient. Definitely needs serious performance improvements.

For the last couple of weeks this app and the Vons app have become unusable because you can no longer search for an item. As an example, I search for "butter" but both apps just go into a flashing loop mode and just continues until you back out or exit the apps. You can add items you have previously purchased, but you can no longer search for new or specific items. I have cleared my phone and reinstalled both apps but the problem persists. I'll have to shop elsewhere until this is fixed.
