Serene Form" application is designed to overcome the consequences of stress. The application works in conjunction with an electronic device that registers from the user's body physiological parameters objectively reflecting his/her psycho-emotional arousal in real time. The training procedure does not involve conscious or volitional effort and occurs through a method known in science as operant conditioning (B.F. Skinner). Practically, the training procedure consists of watching a movie of the user's choice. The movie screen is periodically turned on and off synchronously with changes in the user's psycho-emotional arousal. This reward and punishment allows the brain to make selections of its internal states and minimize reactions associated with "punishment". Gradually, as this training continues, the brain reorganizes its own work and begins to resist the negative effects of stress on the body. It takes 30 sessions of 20 minutes each to achieve a reliable result, confirmed by independent testing. To control the result of training, the application has a built-in situational anxiety assessment test.
