it's very inconvenient app.. u can't send to any apps using knet pathways...its only good gir az to az... u cannot use for online transaction but thumbs u👍👍👍 to their customer service

Extremely frustrated with this service. I loaded funds into my wallet, only to discover that I cannot withdraw, transfer to a bank, or pay any merchants—my only option is mobile recharge. Locking users' funds without a clear withdrawal mechanism is unacceptable. I kindly request the team to allow us to withdraw our own money back to our bank accounts immediately. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

worst app dark mode is very worst there payment services are pathetic sometimes you got double credit, there services are not working notification did not come, it's very frustrating some times you're not able to login then you need to call ther support guy then after 2-3 days the issue is resolve.there authentication system is the worst that I have seen so far not for me my friends also facing these same problem.
