probably one of the worst apps and bank I've ever seen. app is always buggy and you can't see your cards , also they scammed me off my money after making a purchase in-app that didn't go through but they still debited me anyways without even trying to look into it after more than a month of claims and contacting them. do not open an account here even if it's free

This is the worst bank / banking app ever. For those who are thinking of creating their new ban account in CIH, i wouldn't recommend that. App is buggy, they also introduced a new security update that raises fake security flags which makes it impossible to open the app. Upon contacting the customer service to make a "complaint" of the issue, i was left with the following answer "Sir, i cannot make a claim, the only thing i can do is to send a message with your name to the technical service"

I noticed a recurring issue during my usage of the app. Sometimes it hangs on the CIH screen. To get around this, I have to delete the cache and data from my phone's settings. It has become an annoying bug, and I hope your team can fix this in the near future.
