The app barely works in the first place, with a 50/50 chance of a downtime happening. It has honestly the worst UX I've ever experienced - scrolling on the left menu would cause it to close randomly. And now, the cherry on top - the fingerprint authentication is no longer available for some reason, I've even tried reinstalling - which means I have to retype my password on a randomized keyboard everytime I leave the app for 2 seconds. Shameful.

The app is frustrating, things stop working suddenly. You can't update your email, address or phone number from the app which mean if you lose you phone number you're locked out and can do anything until you go physically to the bank, which is not an option when you live abroad.

Am not sure how does this have a 4.4 ratings: Things you should fix ASAP. • The tapping area for buttons is just FRUSTRATING, you tap on something and you end up tapping something else..... The layout of the app is not great, The menu is cramming a lot of etential features that should be easily accessible. • Your account is litterraly frozen once you switch to an other device "security reason" which makes no sense even if you identify your self at the CIH agency nothing can be done etc...
