Apart from the fact that the app is very slow , I was very disappointed with the quality of the service, to say the least. One time, they forgot an item, and we still didn't receive it . Another time , I was sent a used item!!

It is very slow and also when I pay with card it always charges 1DH on my bank account and later on charges in plus the total price of the order. They have issues with payment with card which needs to be fixed, sometimes it gets declined for no reason and still cuts 1 Dh from the bank account.... Dev team need to fix the online payment poor architecture, everything else is good.
