Ratings and reviews

The latest update is not good. It takes more time to start and always asks location information at starting and is very irritating. The function also seems complex. Earlier version was very simple and fast. Please make it simple and easy. We don't need a complex app with so many features or offers. We need a simple app with basic functions.

So disappointed with this update. I'm not being able to log in since the update. The OTP verification doesn't work at all, neither automatic detection nor manual input is working. I'm using the registered number on SIM slot 1 and all permissions are given, still no luck. The updated interface is even more disappointing, it's very cluttered and not user friendly at all. Expecting an immediate fix followed by a better interface. Kindly fix it

This app is okay, but it could be better with improved UX at least for a banking app. Sometimes it feels buggy and unresponsive. Enhancing the UI to make it simpler, cleaner, pleasant, and convenient for all users, including those who are not tech-savvy, would also help. However, improving the UX should be a priority. Anyway, Keep up the good work, Peace! Edit: I actually have very stable internet connection and with S23 Ultra so not just from my side.
