Unable to renew policy and frequent policy not loading issues. I tried renewing my policy which is about to expire in 10 days multiple times and it got stuck at payment everything. I started seeing an error eventually. The app frequently doesn't show my active policy and expects me to add it to view or even apply for it's renewal. Pathetic experience.

They'll do anything to avoid paying your claim This company is a complete nightmare when it comes to claims or reimbursements. No matter how valid your case is, they will find some excuse to reject it — missing documents, minor technicalities, vague policy terms, you name it. It's like their whole business model is built around not helping you when you're sick or in need. I’ve submitted everything they asked for — multiple times — and still got denied without a proper explanation.

The app suddenly stopped connecting to the camera and photo gallery of my mobile (Android version 15) when I tried repeatedly to upload documents during claim submission. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't help. Fresh attempts were made after a gap of 2 days but to no avail. All permissions such as access to camera, microphone, notification etc. are allowed in the mobile settings. The same handset was successfully used several times for this purpose. Please advise.
