Google Play store says "This app won't work for your device." when wanting to download it to a new Android 12 phone. Heathrow Reward chat informed they had no reports of problem with the app and it was down to the phone company and/or my connection to address the issue. Any idea anyone? It worked on an Android 8 phone.... But as for the app the least user friendly log in processes of all apps I have. HMRC and my bank is miles more user friendly. :-)

The over zealous security on the rewards part of this app is ridiculous. My banking app is easier to access ! Every time there's an update it logs me off, or randomly logs me out. It's such a trial trying to log back in, you can't copy and paste details as every time it clears the reset boxes. It takes ages to get back on again. It's an airport rewards app, not the crown Jewels !!!!

Downloaded for the map and it is horrible; Heathrow Rail hard to find, search pull up menu randomly opens and closes far too easily, simple features like external doors to get in not clear until you zoom right in, scroll slightly too far and you level resets... If you manage to get it to give you directions, they're idiotic Central Bus Station to T3 check in (literally up two floors and next door) it suggests a 43 mins route with two trains, a bus, and a visit to T5!
