I’ve been trying to create an account on the Bammby app but it’s not working. I’ve done the face verification more than 10 times and it keeps failing. I also tried signing up with my phone number and email, but the verification code is not coming to my email at all, even after clicking resend many times. I’ve checked spam and all folders. I’ve updated the app, cleared cache, and tried good lighting, but the issue is still the same. This has been very frustrating and annoying 😑

please the communication system on this app is actually not encouraging. y'all should please do something about it. I dnt receive proper notifications, when I do I can't reply to the messages because the don't show on the app also I can delete messages I send. The get seen more feature doesn't work even after I subscribed. But most importantly the messaging part should be worked on

This is too bad..... Firstly, the glitch on the app is way too much. Second, I did a subscription on the app, and I got debited. It showed I'm on a plan for some hours, then I logged out, coming back to the app a few hours, and my subscription disappeared.
