The Cadence Bank Mobile App gives you access to your accounts from your mobile device. It allows you to view account balances, view recent account activity, transfer funds, pay bills, live chat, remote deposit and find the nearest ATM or branch locations.

I've had so many problems with this app not showing the correct balance in my account frequently, saying it may be missing some deposits but when I log in through a browser my balance shows correctly. and now I can't even log in. it keeps telling me incorrect password, but I'm 100000% it's the correct one. I also have a problem with the bank not releasing funds when things are deposited, but that's a separate problem. hopefully this transition to a new bank will change things for the better

It is very streamlined and easy to use. Only have it 4 stars because everything can always use a little improving. One thing that would make it better if you could do a search for just checks, withdrawals, etc and it was just as streamlined as the rest of the app. But, overall I think it works great. I hope they don't make any drastic changes to any part of the app. It is extremely user friendly for the most part.

UPDATE 1/24/2026: There must have been another update, the problem is back. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to log in. Also, there are major gaps of almost a week when I look at my spending history in my checking account. UPDATE 7/27/25: it looks like the problem has finally been fixed. I no longer have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to login each time. thank you so much for fixing this.
