UPDATE 1/24/2026: There must have been another update, the problem is back. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to log in. Also, there are major gaps of almost a week when I look at my spending history in my checking account. UPDATE 7/27/25: it looks like the problem has finally been fixed. I no longer have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to login each time. thank you so much for fixing this.

The app itself is fine. it's the actual bank I have the issue with. what's the point of having mobile deposit if you still put a hold on my check? The bank actually clears the check but takes days to actually put funds into your account. what the flip? It's not all the time though. Sometimes I can do a mobile deposit and the check and funds will clear the same day, no problem. Other times, they just hold the funds until they deem necessary to release them. Switching banks ASAP.

I am having the same problem others are having. Starting 2 days ago it won't let me log in. Doesn't even have the boxes for username and password. Just says to call for support or try again later. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still won't work. I can log in on the website just fine though. As far as features go, there wasn't any real reason to use the app over the website except for convenience of getting to it on my phone. I guess I'll put a shortcut to the website on my home screen instead.
