Nice app in general but 2 stars go out the window because I can NOT tell the app where to save music I download and I can NOT choose what format they are gonna be in. That must be done via the website. I find that highly silly and disappointing. Still the best way to easily support indie musicians and get their music in top quality.

When I log in I don't see any of the albums in my collection, but I do see the artist that I'm following. So that means there is some sort of syncing happening between the site and the app, but I can't listen to the music (so what's the point?). It has this horribly annoying "elevator" music while you log in, it takes literally 1 minute to log in, it's not intuitive and it's poorly designed. I mean- come on guys, it's 2020, you don't have to think, just learn from other great apps that work.

I love buying music and supporting artists. But everything about the mobile app is absolute garbage: can't like individual tracks, can't find the fans you follow... the list goes on, and that's not mentioning how slow the entire thing is. The last enraging thing was this playlist feature, which is a good idea, although, you know, could've been added 10yrs ago. I tried it out, sorted some tracks and ordered them, saved and it all disappeared š¤¬
