something needs to be done. i reallllllly love this app, and previously rated 5 stars, but ever since they introduced an AI chat bot, the app glitches out. specifically, when I toggle between menus, they will suddenly go black, and I can't do anything in the app again until I close it and open it again. the chat bot is anything but useful. i have updated the app and it still does it, predictably. it just goes black randomly now and becomes entirely unusable :(

Such a great app! Being able to see all the upcoming shows in my area is great. It lets you follow artists and venues, as well as get reminders for upcoming events, as well as post about past shows you've been to. it's also got a button to listen to a quick preview of a band to see if you like them before buying tickets, which they also have a button for, which redirects you to whichever service the venue is using for ticketing. Takes the headache out of going out to see some great bands!

Never had an issue with the app until now. I'm so glad the very necessary AI integration has brought with it a buggy mess. Pages won't load half the time and I have to keep restarting the app. The related merch listed at the bottom of posts just does a keyword search on Amazon, "poppy" merch pulls grandpa and flower tshirts. Finally the artists it pulls automatically are all messed up "The Queen", The Pretty", "Volbeast"?
