I have two Beosound 3rd generation portable speakers. The app only worked one time when I first registered. The first time I opened app I could pair them and could use the controls on the app, but after that, whenever I open the app, everything is grayed out, nothing is visible, I can't use any control, only the settings are visible but when I click on "connect", nothing happens. This is really the worst app I've ever used, totally unmatched with prices of the speakers.

I have a Beolit 20, I always have to manually add the speaker to the app each time I use it. But at least it worked once I did that. After the lastest update it no longer even recognizes my speaker and will not add it to the app, so the only way to control my speaker now is pressing on the physical buttons on the speaker. This app has always been bad but it just got worse. This app alone makes B&O products not worth it.

only good thing I can say is quality of sound is great, when working. these same complaints go back years!! just a highly overpriced earbud. cuts in and out constantly, long or short distance. huge delay in phone connection, "can you hear me now?" wind guard doesn't work at all. no volume control using one earbud. my cheap, beat up old PLT is more reliable,has better features. I wish I hadn't lost my Jawbone. didn't even have to carry a phone to make calls. no apps or location required.
