It tells me there is a software update and shows me an Install Now button but does nothing when I press the button. I have tried restarting several times to no effect. I do appreciate the extended warranty, but I can't seem to get the app to do much with my earbuds. It was exceedingly difficult just getting the app to recognize my earbuds are connected.

headphones are good but the app is very slow. for example headphones are connected to my phone via bluetooth, I open the app and it takes 20s up to a minute for the app to show it. until then I can't modify any setting, it should be instant like with any other headphones. also I dont understand why location is required to use the app. At This price point I expect the app to be of highest quality too but it's pretty bad.

As an audio and video installer. This is perhaps been one of the worst applications to function properly. Attempted to connect one of their theater soundbars. The app never connected to the unit. The only two times the available wifi window popped up. It rerouted me back to my phones home screen after I clicked which Wi-fi to choose from. Then went back to "connecting device", which it ultimately never did. This app is garbage.
