We’ve made your accounts extra secure by adding two-factor authentication, a 4-digit passcode, along with fingerprint or facial recognition on supported devices.

To use the First Bank & Trust app, you must be enrolled in Digital Banking. Simply download the app to start the process! If you’ve already enrolled, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with your existing Online/Mobile Banking credentials.

Regularly getting an "error updating" message in the app when I'm trying to check posted or pending transactions, deposit, etc. It'll show pending transactions immediately, but an "error updating" message a couple hours later, with all those pending transactions, bills, and deposits gone. It's never done that before the last couple of weeks, and it does not resolve itself the next morning. It can take a couple of days before everything is updated, only to repeat this issue.

The bank's service is great is great, but ever since the latest update the app is always lying to me about how much money I have. Most times it will say I have more than I truly do, and sometimes it will say I have less, and short of doing all the bookkeeping manually (which is what I thought this app was designed to do) I never know how much money I actually have. It used to be very accurate, but lately it's gotten me into a lot of trouble and it's really only good for account transfers now.

when I call customer support, they are really nice and are trying to help. Even if my app goes down a lot, I really enjoy that they try, unlike some other banks I have had.
