The app could be better. Doesn't allow you to check progress of any checks deposited with mobile deposit, shows 0 pending deposits whether there is one or not. Yesterday and today the app won't even let me log in to check my balance, normally I just use the finger print option and when I do that it just never loads so I try my password and same thing. Definitely needs some work.

Love the app but there is one HUGE flaw. If you go in to bill pay, start a transaction, then change your mind, it will not allow you to back out of it. Runs you in circles. I've had to uninstall and reinstall twice now! Keep it from a 5 star review.

Frustrating. My husband and I share an account and we both use the app. We have to verify who we are every time we want to log in. Problem is, the verification codes get sent to his phone only and I can't log in unless I ask him for it. We aren't together 24/7. I basically can only use the app if we're together which is stupid. Just remember my phone! I wouldn't suggest this new app to anyone. Go back to the old app. This last "bug fix" broke the app. It won't work for me at all now.
