This app is really, really bad. The old app was simple and easy to use, but this new app stinks. There's nothing intuitive, nothing user-friendly about it. I don't know where anything is, it took me 10 minutes to figure out where the transfer to another account option was, for instance. Plus when they updated it I had to re-enter all my information again. Why not just leave well enough alone? The old app worked great. I just use the desktop version mostly now, less of a hassle.

It's very hard to try to deposit a check it always gives an error the old app wasn't much of a hassle. As of today 5/3/24 The deposit feature is even worse

New version is terrible. Old version worked wonderfully but this new version is garbage. Authentication always fails so I have to use the website instead of the app.
