Can't click upload or take photo of income proof and NPWP (tax registration). Update: after try to click it few times in a row, the pop-up window for either take a photo or upload from gallery finally opened. But still unable to upload either photo from camera or pictures from gallery, it just keep being stuck. So, yeah still one star.
