Ratings and reviews

The 4 digit pin is so basic and you cannot opt to not use it. Who decided that was a good idea for a banking app? It bypasses a password and 2 part authentication. What is the point of having those? This is not safe at all when it takes seconds for software to run every 4 digit possibly and get into an account. San Juan is behind the times. The notifications for transactions are HOURS behind and often double send days later. Absolutely garbage banking. On to a new bank that has better security.

I like the new app, and the best part was using the chat feature to get help. Someone replied to me right away and fixed the issue so I could make bank to bank transfers!
