About this app

70mai App is a mobile phone software used with 70mai Smart Dash Cam.

After connected to 70mai Smart Dash Cam by Wi-Fi, you can get realtime image preview from your dash cam. You can also watch historical footage and even download important pictures/video to your cell phone. This process is super simple and does not use your SIM card.

In addition, you can check firmware update and download update package by 70mai App. Then, you can push the update package to the dash cam and start updating the device.

Used to be able to connect to my dash cams with both my phone and the Android box. Now it says no network or no internet, so you want the phone to connect to the internet and the dashcam at the same time? That is impossible for the Android box since it only has 1 connection. It is possible for the phone, but why do you need it now when you didn't in the past. Do you even test you app in real life scenarios? People only connect to the dashcam when they're in bad situations, not in ideal cases.

I have already been using A810 4K -2 dash cam for more than 2 years and recently it had connection problems between the device and 70mai app. I've been contacting the 70mai support team many times but unfortunately their recommendations didn't help. But fortunately I helped myself. The only thing I did was to turn on Airplane mode, then manually turn on wi-fi, bluetooth + (just in case-location). And the problem has been solved. Now I can watch and download my video recordings on my smart phone.

Battery monitoring gone even though the battery has 12.4V. A reset on the button of the 4g module didn't fix the problem. The 4G indicator is green on the app. There is a continuous green light on the 4G module. Both the app and the dashcam are recently updated. Can we do something for this?
