No longer get smart notifications When I first paired my phone (Oneplus 3) it functioned perfectly, but recently none of my notifications come through to the watch, get constant alerts saying android has unexpectedly stopped the notification service. Also my vivoactive hr never shows as being connected in the Android Bluetooth menu, but it does within the app itself. Besides from these issues it works perfectly for tracking and syncing my activity
Incorrect time displayed - UPDATE: Corrected UPDATE: Thank you so much Product Support for assisting me with my incorrect time display. Much appreciated. (For the past 3 days my watch reflects an hour behind the actual time. Sometimes when I sync, it changes to the correct time, but this only lasts about 20 minutes. This is not ideal to say the least. I realise I bought this Vivofit 2 as a fitness device, but the point of a fitness device is that it also shows the time. The correct time would be nice. Please rectify this glitch. Thanks)
The updated Android version causes the clock on my VivoFit2 to be one hour off. Time and date settings on my Android phone are correct but if I sync with my phone the time on my VivoFit2 decreases one hour. If I sync with the iOS version on my ipad the time on my VivoFit2 is correct so it seems to be an issue with the Android version. Please fix this ASAP.. Garmin fixed the time bug in version 3.11.1. Now for reviewing the app's functionality. It does a pretty good job tracking steps. Tracking sleep not so good as it assumes your sleeping whe your just sitting still. Even though it asks for your normal tomes for going to dead and waking up it quite often says I started sleeping hours before then. Fortunately you can edit this but it is a hustle to have to edit every day.
Version 3.11 NEW: Version 3.11.1 is still not working. (Down another star.) Samsung Galaxy S7/vivoactive HR - - Why did they put a new version out there that was obviously not thoroughly tested? Ever since the last update, some apps are no longer syncing and reading these recent comments, there are other problems as well. It used to work so well. What are you thinking, Garmin?
Good app Working okay for me so far. I use it with a Forerunner 235 for activity tracking and it'd be great if I didn't have to use another app (Myfitnesspal) just to set BMR and calorie goals. Why can't this just be set within the Connect app itself for those with no interest in logging calories consumed?
Cant connect the vivo smart hr+ I bought the new vivosmart hr+ and i cant connect to the garmin connect app,the app didn't recognize the device...i tried conntact the garmin support they told me the problem in my smartphone..its not true i tried connect the vivosmart to garmin connect app with 6 difrrent smartphones. Reply: the phone is in the compatible list. It's Nexus 6p. Please stop with your games and try to help. I am not happy with your support at all
