I've been a loyal customer since 1st Jan 2024. but I think this app is going from bad to worse. Recently the app has become more buggy. it crashes often & whenever you click on the chevron above your holding amount to change percentage to amount or vice versa sometimes you look at the stock and see profit before market opening (10 percent) and later when market opens you see the amount has become 2 percent. but the sick price hadn't changed. there are huge calculation mistakes in the app

Why your team said they fixed the auto DRIP as the dividend weren't automatically reinvested and until now it's still not working, and recently the app is full of bugs and not working properly, the chat team isn't answering or when they answer they just said we will update you shortly and never update. I want someone to answer me urgently otherwise I won't use this app ever again and I'll escalate.

There is a huge 2.5% fee for depositing via debit card, and they have not mentioned these charges anywhere (even on the deposit page). Once I made the payment, AED 105 was deducted as a surprise. For new users, this is a SCAM.
