Do not subscribe to this app else you lose your money, your portfolio may disappear all of a sudden. Super slow and full of glitch. This is a real and genuine feedback. You will most of the time struggle to place a trade. I have all proof as I have whatsapp chat and screen recording while placing trade on the app Scary part is you can not track them down, No landline reachable, no person voice can be heard. Its all Bot chat. Think 1000 times before you transfer your money to them to trade.

Pretty Nice App, Just Some Suggestions. please improve the UIUX, and Include more transparency everywhere. ie history of orders per Stock, Per Metal, Etc

very bad experience with this Trading app. it has been more than a week that I have deposited amount into Baraka account and though the balance has been credited to my Baraka account I am still unable to buy or trade in this app . despite of my repeated attempts to sort the issue out with Baraka customer support it is only an automated response that keeps giving the same responses over and over even my request for a human agent has been pending till date and it seems that this app is a SCAM.
