With the Barclays Personal Accounts app, you're always in control: whether it's your credit card, installment loan, overdraft, or credit line.

- Keep track of everything: Check transactions, view your balance, and download statements.

- Manage repayments: Use the app to decide how you want to pay your monthly statement.

- Set up installment payments: For individual expenses starting at €95 or for your entire monthly statement, you can set up installment payments via the app – even up to 8 weeks later.

- Stay informed: The account information service notifies you of your chosen account activity via push notification or email.

- Always have your PIN with you: With the app, you can securely access your card PIN at any time, unlock it if needed, or set a custom PIN.

- Misplaced or lost your card? Use the app to temporarily block your card or report it immediately in case of loss, theft, or damage.

- Make transfers whenever you want: Transfers are instantaneous and can be done from anywhere with the app.

- Activate Google Pay: You can add your Visa card directly to your Google Wallet from the app.

- Simple and 100% secure: Log in using facial recognition, fingerprint, or your 5-digit app PIN.

- Update your personal information yourself: In the app, you can update your personal information under "Settings."

- Direct contact: If you have any questions, you can send us a message via your digital mailbox or call us directly from the app and will be automatically authorized.

Note: The full range of app features is only available to credit card customers. Installment loan and revolving credit customers have limited access. Savings account customers cannot currently use the app.

Barclay's quickly allowed me online to fix my forgotten pin problem, reinstated my card with me following user friendly instructions, and allowed me to pay in rates at around 11 percent instead of 21 percent. what a service. In comparison TF bank doesn't have the online process, and the two waits of 16 mins and a second try of 10 mins with no chance of talking with someone. What a contrast. Well done Barclay's bank. also supported by a smaller efficient bank in Germany, smarter better.

Years later the app is still just a copy of the website with no real benefit. Everything takes longer to load than necessary. Service itself is taking a massive nose dive in the last few years too. Now you have to wait 45+ minutes in a live chat which constantly checks your presence so that you have to keep it open. Phone numbers a just for emergencies now. Automated systems are failing and mails in regards to which are not being responded to after 3+ weeks. A mild disaster to day the least.

Account settlement is too slow. Even instant payments don’t reflect immediately. I paid off my full balance, but though the credit showed in 2–3 days, my usable balance took over a week to update. I couldn’t use the card for nearly two weeks. The app just doesn’t move at the speed of the customer. This needs to improve—otherwise, I’ll need to keep multiple cards.
