I'm starting to see what others have been seeing -- I've enjoyed the app for the most part, built a fairly complex app. But, now that it's getting more complex and I've started paying for credits, it actually feels like it's making simple errors on purpose. It took 5+ prompts to simply align text in a box. I average about 50 credits a day, but it spent 174 in one day somehow right after I bought credits. I will be looking into other options to compare.

made a basic flappy bird game with this, it was fine, gravity and jumps were fine, but when published and opened on a web browser, the bird has almost no gravity, barely falls back down. thats very irritating, and im out of credits so i cant even try to fix it until tomorrow, and I dont even know what to fix, because it works just fine in the app

Base44 is really good overall, but simple things feel too limited. The 5 credits per day are rough, especially when you forget what you wanted to do the next day. I can’t afford the paid plans, so it’d easily be 5 stars if more features and integrations, etc, were available for free or less restricted for the people who cant get the better plans.
