About this app

Wage Gauge is a real-time earnings and bill tracker for people who do not get a steady salary. If you are paid by the shift, the tip, the gig, overtime, or a mix of jobs, you can see what you already earned, what is due before the next payday, and what is actually safe to spend.

Most budget tools assume one deposit on the 1st and the 15th. That is not how variable pay works. You can follow a monthly spreadsheet and still be broke on Thursday. Wage Gauge starts from the week you are in: hours, tips, extra jobs, bills that do not wait, and the number left after those bills.

WHAT WAGE GAUGE DOES
Track earnings as they happen. Log shifts, tips, overtime, side hustles, and extra work across jobs. Watch daily and weekly totals climb instead of guessing a monthly salary you do not have.

Line bills up with paydays. See which expense hits before which check. Know what is already spoken for so the bank balance does not fool you.

See surplus after bills. Income minus the bills that belong to this stretch of work — that is cash flow, and the only number that is safe to spend, save, or put toward a goal.

Lump-sum allocator (Free). Tax refunds, financial aid, bonuses, and other one-time deposits do not have to vanish. Split a lump sum on purpose across bills, savings, and spending instead of watching it disappear.

Email and push notifications (Free). Get payday reminders, bill-due alerts, and earnings updates on your phone and in your inbox so you do not have to open the app to know what is coming.

Work costs next to the job. Mileage, gas, and vehicle costs sit beside the work that caused them so a good night is still good after expenses.

Simple budgets without a finance degree. Set limits that match variable weeks, not a 30-day salary template.

Dashboard built for the phone. Dark mode, a clean home view, widgets, and the screens you open after a shift: today’s earnings, weekly breakdown, cash on hand, bills, and tips.

Use it anywhere. This Android listing is the Play Store app. On iPhone and desktop, open the full Progressive Web App at https://wagegauge.pro, add it to the home screen, and track the same way.

FREE — $0
Core earnings and bill tracking. Log work, project weekly and monthly totals, manage bills, set simple budgets. Lump-sum allocator included. Email and push notifications for bills, paydays, and earnings. No card required to start. Cancel paid plans anytime.

PRO — $4.99 per month
Pro lines money up with due dates. It adds bank and card linking, real-time balances, one-tap bill pay, and budgeting that factors in bills, surplus, and safe-to-spend amounts.

A flow that matches variable-income weeks: charge the bill so the due date does not slip, keep cash in the bank, pay the card when the paycheck lands. Same money. Better timing.

PREMIUM — $9.99 per month
Premium is for when leftover money needs a longer plan. It adds a surplus calculator, savings allocator for ongoing weeks, and investment tracking for stocks, crypto, and longer-term accounts. See extra dollars and choose spend, save, or invest on purpose.

Wage Gauge does not replace your bank, a tax professional, or an employer retirement plan. It does not file taxes or contribute to a 401(k) by itself. It shows earnings, bills, surplus, and tracked investments so you can decide.

WHO IT IS FOR
Servers, bartenders, drivers, warehouse and retail shift workers, students stacking jobs, anyone paid hourly or in tips. If your income jumps around and the bills do not, this is the tracker.

No spreadsheet required. Paycheck-to-paycheck visibility first. Data encrypted in transit and at rest. Also free here or at https://wagegauge.pro.

Wage Gauge — track what you earned, line up the bills, know what is left before payday.
