Ratings and reviews

I use the app here and there but want to flag there is a major issue in your order confirmation process. I tried to make a purchase that not initiated the payment plan and took the deposit from my account but on the retailer side the order never went through and kicked back an error. As a result the order did not cancel because it does not exist and I still have a charge from Zip on my statement. Will update this review based on the resolution

I am really grateful for this buy now pay later app because it helps me stretch my check to be able to cover all of my bills without accuring late fees or cutoff fees! It's super easy to use and easy to make payments. However, you cannot pay with your cash app card. You will need to transfer the money to a different card. Other than that small inconvenience, it's such a great app. I love using zip!

Extremely convenient, and easy to use. The best pay in 4 option available in my opinion. Even the pay in store, they send a card, and all you do is type in the amount and your card is ready to pay with. Comes in handy. They also increase rapidly as long as you pay your payments. I have been using them for at least a year. Zero issues or complaints. Wonderful, thank you Zip
