Get rid of your lower back pain! Back App gives you the help and motivation to do the exercises needed to both prevent and fight non-specific, chronic, lower back pain. Exercise where you are, without any equipment, and improve at your own pace. Use the tools provided to create your own journey, with the exercises you enjoy – for free and without ads.
Discover which exercises work for you and document your pain and mood. As you improve you can level up the exercises and receive achievements – to motivate you to continue your journey. Back App is designed to make sure you get the information needed to understand your pain and how the exercises work. All exercises are tested and approved by naprapathy therapists.

1. Easy-to-learn exercises
- Back App exercises can be done anywhere and come in levels from easy to hard. They all have easy, readable, instructions as well as an animated 3D-model that does the exercises with you! Follow an already existing playlist or make your own.

2. Calendar and journal
- Be in charge of your own journey! Add reminders that fit you and your schedule and add journal entries to remember how the work out went. This feature can be used during doctors and physiotherapist visits to help you show your progress.

3. Progress tracker
- Back App tracks your exercising journey so that you can see your own dedication to get rid of your pain. Watch as your stats improve and let it motivate you to continue!

4. Pain and mood tracker
- Mark down your pain and mood every time you use the app, and it will be added to both your calendar and your progression tracker.
