Well!!! Couldn't log on from my mobile. And it's a mobile app. So I call BayCities & they said "Do it from you computer first" Which i TRIED to do. But it won't except anything. Not accessible at all. So No Stars. It's an awful app. They really need to make it more user friendly. Grrrrh. Very Frustrating.

This app has certainly improved from its inception, but it is very buggy from time to time. Currently, I've tried to set it up so I can sign in using my fingerprint, and it just gets stuck on the page saying "Initializing biometric authentication on this device." Otherwise, it's good for simple banking and bill pay.

Easy to navigate and multiple prompts to complete transactions, assures no mistakes are made. Only negative is the limited number of recent transactions on dashboard (15).
