About this app

BBVA Net cash is the new application BBVA offers its customers of BBVA Net cash.

With this application you can:
- Consult accounts, transactions and virtual statements
- Consult and sign pending orders, and check order's status
- Signing orders with in-app mobile token
- Initiate domestic, international, bank of Spain and book transfers
- Confirming advanced payment
- Manage and validate user operations
- Manage "Mobile Token" security devices in-app (installation / generation of security codes).
- Receive notifications on the phone with overdrafts, pending orders, pending operations performed by a user, etc...

The application is available in Spanish, Catalan, English, Portuguese, Italian and French.

Permissions required:
• View your contacts: select contacts from the agenda to carry out cell phone top ups, send cash through the Mobile Cash service, send notifications of transfers made, etc.
• Location: search the nearest services in the ATM and branch locator
• Receive SMS: automatically capture the SMS codes during the authorization of transactions (setting available in "Settings/automatic SMS code")
• Make telephone calls: Get in touch with Contact BBVA or with your remote bank adviser, notify the insurance company of incidents, etc.
• Multimedia files: store documents in the device's memory such as bills, documents associated with transactions, etc.
• Take photographs: scan bar codes to pay bills
• Other permissions requested enable the status of your internet connection to be checked and enable it to be used to exchange data with BBVA, to use Google Maps services...

Ratings and reviews

The new App sacrifices looks over usability. It's a tool for business and before was a practical tool. Now keeps failing to load and when you are in it's pretty but not practical. Now 3 x transactions fills the screen, before around 8 to 10 transactions were viewable. Also biometric entry fails continually. Will rate higher if bugs are fixed.

quite buggy, including: - not clearing old pending signature entries - routinely not allowing transfers to be made, instead stating that the session would shut down and more; slow to launch and change screens/menus; spartan UI; ridiculously low configuration options (card/transfer limits? forget it!); I'm not giving a single star only because I reserve it for apps that do not work at all

Poor design and optimization. It looks like from 10 years ago. Very slow login. There's a bug and you can't sign multiple operations. So if you need to sign 3 transactions you have to shut down the app before signing each transaction, otherwise it will tell you that the phone you're using doesn't have a security token and after 5 trials the account will be locked. Of course if you close the app and sign the order transaction everything works. 1 at a time...
