Terrible UI/UX. This is a mobile banking app, ffs! No need for useless features and designs that takes forever to load! Also, when I'm using the app, I keep getting the error message that said "blu did not respond. Close the app?" every. few. seconds. And the error message keep popping out until I chose "Close the app" even if I actually already closed the app.

I love the Blu Saving feature. It's like putting money on several envelopes, really helps with the finace flow. Best part is it gives monthly interest for each 'envelope'. But honestly the performance is declining recently. It took so long to log in and loading data, not to mention QR and eCommerce payment while the signal connection was fine. I reported this to WhatsApp CS and she told me she couldn't help and I should report by call. Ineffective.

Opening a new account and using virtual card for online payments are pretty straightforward. But the loading process most of the time takes way too long despite having the most stable connection, whether during PIN authentication or just to bring up the total amount to be paid
