If you get signed out of your account and can't remember your pin to login, recovery is impossible. They ask for your phone number to reset your pin but never send anything through. Not even to your registered email used when you sign up. Although, if you reach out to their support team (email listed on the app page) they are fast at fixing the problem!

App is poorly formatted, hard to use, and non-intuitive. Features like card management, as many others have pointed out, that would seem critical to an application such as this one, are buggy and don't function. The idea here has a place in modern laundromats, but not if, in practice, the application is more difficult to successfully navigate and utilize than a handful of quarters.

TIP FOR FIRST-TIME USERS. The app works well. When you first download the app, the first screen that comes up has a blue bar on the right side of the screen. The blue bar has the words "SIGN UP" turned vertically. Tap that button first to pull up the signup page and complete the signup process. It takes a few minutes to sign up but it will save you trips to the atm and the change machine, not to mention the time it takes to put in all those quarters! It is well worth the effort.
