It started well, until for some reason, whenever I tried to capture the name card, it always direct me to Whats App page and it is annoying. And I stop using it after this happened

I tried the trial version and loved it - accurate and easy to use. The trial was limited to 10 cards, so I upgraded to premium. That’s when issues started. My screen blinked during scans, contacts disappeared, and even after clearing cache and saving every 10 cards, scans were lost repeatedly. I tried three times. Adv over Facebook but there's no support channel. Remove and reinstalling, and now the app didn’t recognise my purchase and asked me to pay again. Wasted of time!!!
