This app is beyond amazing. I was able to download all of the 3D knots in the app with one click so I never have to worry about trying to do a new knot (or remember an old one) while out camping. The app is much more than a simple catalog of different knots, it has explanations, a "knot finder" that asks you what you're looking for and guides you to a few options for the best one, and it has the ability to move the knot in 3D is a game changer (and more). 100% worth the cost.

Knot IQ is the best knot tying app that I have found. It is a very handy extension of DJ's already helpful knot tying videos. It's obvious that a lot of thought went into the design and layout. Things make sense. One screen displays different use categories. Another screen displays knots by type. There is also a knot finder tool and an effective search. Favorited knots are easily accessed from the main screen. The knot animations are easy to follow and customizable. I do not regret my purchase.

kept a folder for knots on YouTube but rarely use it anymore, though, since taking the plunge and getting 1 of only 2 apps I actually paid $ for. I've followed these guys for years & always been impressed. so I opened myself up to be disappointed. Didn't happen. Engineered so well, only way to upgrade is if he came over n tied it for you! 1 piece of advice is if you're on the fence, don't wait till you're in a pinch to go for it. it's got.. DEPTH & you're gonna want to familiarize yourself w it.
