I'm using beatXP unbound neo. Almost 6 months back I got an update for the app and since none of the sensors on the watch is working. stress is not at all working. The watch is getting disconnected from the phone all the time. It is like dead. I have already registered complaints more than 6 times. Each time I get the reply that the issue is being resolved. And then nothing. This is really a cheap behaviour and coustomer support.

I have a BeatXP Vega X smartwatch. It was switched off for a week due to low battery. After charging it, the watch turned on, but the date and time are incorrect. I downloaded the BeatXP app to fix this, but I am unable to log in because I am not receiving the OTP, even though my mobile number is active. I have tried multiple times but still haven't received the OTP. How can I fix this issue?

Could not log in to app only. Never got the OTP - tried atleast 20 times, tried after waiting for some time, tried by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then I read in some other review that any 4 random digits will also work. I tried and it actually worked. But once I paired my device, the screen went completely blank. What a disaster!
