I'm using beatXP unbound neo. Almost 6 months back I got an update for the app and since none of the sensors on the watch is working. stress is not at all working. The watch is getting disconnected from the phone all the time. It is like dead. I have already registered complaints more than 6 times. Each time I get the reply that the issue is being resolved. And then nothing. This is really a cheap behaviour and coustomer support.

This app is very good but sometimes when I turn on notifications of Instagram, it works fine for a day or two but after that the notifications on the watch stops automatically and I don't get any calls either. Even after turning on the call notification option and notification also please fix this
