I'm using beatXP unbound neo. Almost 6 months back I got an update for the app and since none of the sensors on the watch is working. stress is not at all working. The watch is getting disconnected from the phone all the time. It is like dead. I have already registered complaints more than 6 times. Each time I get the reply that the issue is being resolved. And then nothing. This is really a cheap behaviour and coustomer support.

Very Poor Service. I have been trying to log in to the beatXP FIT app for almost 2 months, but the OTP never arrives. I have tried many times and even reinstalled the app, but the problem remains the same. How can users use an app when they cannot even log in? This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Very poor login system and disappointing support. Please fix the OTP issue immediately. This kind of service is unacceptable.

I have a BeatXP Vega X smartwatch. It was switched off for a week due to low battery. After charging it, the watch turned on, but the date and time are incorrect. I downloaded the BeatXP app to fix this, but I am unable to log in because I am not receiving the OTP, even though my mobile number is active. I have tried multiple times but still haven't received the OTP. How can I fix this issue?
