Ratings and reviews

After initial installation and login it goes to a screen where it asks for a postal code. But the screen keeps loading, the entry fields are grayed out so you can't enter anything and you are stuck. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice, doesn't help. I have a 5-month old Samsung galaxy S9 I.e. it's not due to my phone.
